Diwali 2025 Cultural Program & Talent Show

We’re thrilled to announce ICAM’s 2025 Diwali Cultural Program and Talent Show—a vibrant showcase of Indian arts and togetherness! 🎶🎭✨

📝 Registration Details

• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all time slots are filled.
• Once the schedule is full, no exceptions can be made.
• Late submissions will be added to a waitlist and considered only if time permits.

👶 Special Dance Performance for Ages 5 and Under

ICAM is organizing a joyful dance performance just for children aged 5 and under!

• Participation is only through this ICAM-led program.
• Interested in helping with choreography or management? 

👧👦 Group Performances for Ages 6 and Above

We welcome group performances that celebrate Indian arts and culture.

• Minimum 3 participants per group
• Maximum 4-minute performance length
• Solo performances will not be accepted—we encourage collaborative creativity!
• Have a unique idea or question? Reach out—we’re here to help!

👯 Duet Performances

A limited number of duet spots are available and will be selected through committee review.

• To be considered, please submit your 2-minute dance video by September 30th.

🎥 Review & Submission Guidelines

To help us with planning and feedback, please submit the following by September 30th:

• A preliminary video of your group performance that reflects the program theme (1.5–2 minutes recommended)
• A final list of participants

📤 A URL link for uploading videos will be shared between September 25–30.

• We’ll also collect promotional videos during this time—stay tuned for details!

📅 Final Submission Deadline

• Please submit your complete dance performance video by October 12th to help us finalize the program and provide helpful feedback.

🔁 Participation Limits

To ensure fairness:

• Each participant may be part of up to two performances
• Additional entries will be placed on a waitlist
• Program coordinators: please help track your participants’ entries—thank you!

If you need to update your submission, email us with the details of your performance.

📌 Final Notes

The ICAM board and review committee may adjust the event as needed. All decisions will be final—we appreciate your understanding and support.
