Diwali 2024 Cultural Program

• Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the time slot is filled, with no exceptions to this rule.
• We will accept group performances that showcase Indian arts and culture. Solo performances will not be accepted.
• ICAM will organize a fashion show for children aged 5 and under. We encourage participation from this age group for this event only. If anyone over the age of 5 wishes to participate in the fashion show, please contact us.
• Each participant may take part in a maximum of 2 performances. If an individual signs up for more than two performances, the additional performance(s) will be placed on a waitlist.
• The duration of each performance must not exceed 4 minutes.
• A URL link will be provided to upload a draft video clip of your performance for preliminary review by Saturday, September 28th, 2024. Further guidance will be provided to registered participants.
• Each participant/group will be allotted a specific time for a dress rehearsal. The date and time will be communicated later.
• If you need to make updates after your initial submission, please contact us via email with the details of your performance.
• Please note that the ICAM board and committee reserve the right to make changes to the events at their discretion. Their decision will be final.
